1clic1don.fr is a crowdfunding platform that enables associations to collect donations through users watching advertising videos. These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the site 1clic1don.fr, operated by SAS AXIS MEDIAS, and registered associations.

1. Purpose and definitions

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between:

• The website 1clic1don.fr, operated by SAS AXIS MEDIAS, on the one hand,
• The associations registered on the site, on the other hand.

Use of the services implies unconditional acceptance of these TOU. The following terms are defined as follows:

• Site: The website accessible at https://www.1clic1don.fr.
• User: Any natural or legal person accessing the Site.
• Visitor: Any person accessing the Site without being a member.
• Member: A registered User holding a valid personal account.
• Services: The services offered by the Site (don collection via video views, crowdfunding pages, etc.).
• Association: Any legal entity (association, foundation, organisation) benefiting from the Services.
• Manager: The person officially representing the Association and managing its account.

2. Operation

2.1 Service description

1clic1don.fr allows associations to collect free donations via members watching advertising videos. Each crowdfunding page is linked to a beneficiary association. Registered members generate donations by watching sponsored videos.

2.2 Site access

Access and use of the Site are free. Network access costs are borne by users. The Site is normally available 24/7, except in cases of force majeure or maintenance.

3. Association registration

3.1 Manager

The Association appoints a Manager who has authority to represent it. The Manager is responsible for registration, account management, and updating content.

3.2 Registration procedure

Registration is done via the online form. The Manager must provide the requested information (including RNA/registration number if applicable) and accept these TOU. Once validated, the Association receives access information by email.

• A notice of account creation.
• Access details for the management interface.

1clic1don.fr reserves the right to refuse registration without justification.

4. Association account

4.1 Dedicated page

After validation, the Association has a dedicated page presenting its activity and funding needs. The page must contain accurate information and can be shared to encourage donations.

4.2 Management interface

The Manager accesses an interface to manage the account:

• Edit association information, including bank details.
• Update the contents of the dedicated page.
• Monitor fundraising (details, history).

The Manager is responsible for the accuracy of provided data. 1clic1don.fr cannot be held liable for errors or payment failures due to incorrect information.

4.3 Security

The Manager is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. 1clic1don.fr is not responsible for consequences of fraudulent account use.

5. Collection

5.1 Lifetime

Collection begins upon account creation and continues indefinitely unless the account is closed or a specific objective is met.

5.2 Collection methods

5.2.1 Direct donations to associations

Donations are generated by members watching advertising videos. When the balance reaches €10, a payout is made by bank transfer or PayPal according to provided details.

5.2.2 Material donations via crowdfunding pages

Material crowdfunding pages finance equipment or supplies. 50% of gross advertising revenue generated is used to purchase materials in agreement with the Association. 1clic1don.fr organizes delivery and may publish proof of delivery.

5.3 How donations work

Members choose an association or crowdfunding page and watch videos; each view contributes to the selected target's balance.

5.4 Payments and deliveries

5.4.1 Payments

Payouts are made from the 1st of each month for balances >= €10, within an estimated 5 to 10 working days. The Association must provide accurate bank information and keep proof of receipt.

5.4.2 Deliveries

For material crowdfunding, 1clic1don.fr purchases and delivers equipment to the Association. The Association agrees to provide photos/videos of receipt for publication.

6. Commitments and responsibilities

6.1 Association commitments

The Association commits to several obligations:

• Hold a valid RNA/registration number.
• Use donations in accordance with its statutes.
• Ensure accuracy and update published information.
• Provide an HD logo and visuals for crowdfunding pages.
• Provide photos/videos of deliveries for transparency.
• Promote the partnership with 1clic1don.fr on social networks if possible.
• Ensure provided content is royalty-free or authorized for commercial use.

6.2 1clic1don.fr commitments

6.2.1 Service provision

1clic1don.fr provides tools for registration, account management, monitoring collections and listing payouts.

• Account registration and management.
• Collection monitoring (details, history).
• List of payouts and deliveries.

6.2.2 Service availability

1clic1don.fr strives to keep the Site available 24/7, subject to maintenance or force majeure. In case of force majeure, the Association will be informed within 5 working days. If the event exceeds 60 days, either party may terminate.

6.2.3 Liability limit

1clic1don.fr is not liable for indirect damages (loss of turnover, reputation, etc.).

6.2.4 Fraud

If fraud is suspected, the account may be suspended during investigation. If fraud is confirmed, measures (closure, reimbursement, reporting to authorities) may be taken.

7. Account closure

Registration is for an indefinite period. Closure prevents receiving donations and removes the dedicated page.

7.1 At the initiative of the association

The Association may request closure by email or signed letter. The request is processed within 5 working days with payout of available balance.

7.2 At the initiative of 1clic1don.fr

1clic1don.fr may terminate an account with 2 months' notice, except in case of serious breach where termination can be immediate after formal notice.

• Legislative changes affecting services.
• Service discontinuation.
• Account inactivity for 1 year.

If closure is attributable to the Association, the balance is returned to donors; otherwise it is paid to the Association.

8. Cooperation with public authorities

1clic1don.fr cooperates with public authorities to verify associations’ activities in compliance with applicable laws.

9. Suspension, modification or termination of services

1clic1don.fr may suspend, modify or terminate services without notice. Associations will be informed by email or via the Site. 1clic1don.fr is not liable for consequences of such changes.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These TOU are governed by French law. Disputes will first seek amicable resolution; failing that, the courts of Nîmes have jurisdiction.

11. Acceptance and amendment of the TOU

1clic1don.fr may modify the TOU at any time. Associations will be notified by email and should refer to the online version on the Site.
